The HR Hive – Our client, Arch Nubiotics Limited, is recruiting to fill the position below:

 

 

 

 

Job Title: Executive / IVF Lab Assistant
Location: Lagos

Responsibilities:
Prior to the opening of the Clinic, the Executive Assistant will:

• Liaise with construction and design team
• Liaise with webdesign team
• Take minutes during all meetings and create a task list with deadlines for all parties involved
• Any other tasks as directed by the MD.

After the opening of the Clinic and commencement of substantive business, the Executive Assistant will:

• Disseminate information from the MD’s office to the OFC and NL staff through memos
• Organise and Manage the MD’s schedule
• Minute meetings and create action points for all parties involved. Chase up the deadlines
• Any other tasks as directed by the MD.

Other:

• Liaise with marketing department in creating a performance report.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Experience working in an IVF lab is compulsory.

Desired Skills:

• Avid multitasker
• Excellent organisational, time management and communication skills
• Technologically savvy:
• Creation of spreadsheets, memos,
• Time management tools and good grip of social media analytics.

Salary:
N110,000 – N150,000 Monthly.
