Job Title: Facility / Site Manager
Location:Abuja
Job Description:

• We’re seeking a highly organized, self-motivated professional for the role of a Facility/Site Manager with our Organization’s Abuja Office.

Responsibilities

• Assign janitorial duties to team members.
• Provide coaching, training and guidance on janitorial procedures and proper use of cleaning equipment, consumables & tools.
• Assist with the hiring of new janitors.
• Regularly inspect janitors’ work performance, to ensure conformance to specifications and established quality standards

Qualifications, Experience & Personal Attributes:

• A good First Degree in Accounting, Business Administration / Business Managenent, Economcs, Statistics or any other relevant course.
• Minmum of 3 years related experience in a similar role.
• Analytical & Attentive.
• Good communication & Interpersonal Skills.
• Work experience in Facility Management/Janitorial Services Firm highly essential.

 

Salary: N85,000 monthly (Gross)
