Job Title: Branch Operations Lead (Medical)
Location: Abuja
Employment Type: Full-time

Duties:

• Handle and respond to all inquiries without escalations (related to provider mgt, case mgt, and claims) escalations should be forwarded to HQ and ZM within a specified timeframe
• Ensure all assigned providers for the week are visited
• Engage providers adequately to reduce the likelihood of suspension
• Organize and implement health talks
• Ensure all assigned providers for the week are visited
• Engage providers adequately to reduce the likelihood of suspension
• Organize and implement health talks
• Organize and facilitate provider trainings
• Ensure claims are screened before HQ vetting and payment

Requirements:

• Interested candidates should possess a degree with 7-10 years work experience.
