Job Title: Credit and Marketing Manager
Location: Nigeria

Requirements:
The Bank is desirous of recruiting the above mention staff. The requirements for which are as follows:

• Professionalism, integrity and commitment to social mission of Micro-finance banking.
• Strong business acumen and Knowledge of low income market
• Comprehensive knowledge of Micro-finance banking products, marketing and business development
• Sound knowledge of Micro-finance services, procedure, laws and regulations
• Strong analytical skills
• Knowledge of micro, small and medium enterprise market.
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Strong general management and people skills

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree or its equivalent in any of the Social Sciences preferably in marketing.
•  HND in marketing.
• Strong Analytical Skills.
• Computer proficiency.
• Any professional qualification will be an added advantage.
• 1-2 years cognate experience.
• Age for Credit and Marketing Manager between 30-35 years of age.
