Job Title: Content Curator
Location: Lagos
Details
We are looking for a content curator who will be responsible for:

• Distinguishig and making the perfect running playlists for various events, moods, moments, and genres.
• Curating and keeping up a wide number of varied playlists on a regular routine and in timely manner.
• Analyzing analytics and performance markers of his/her own work.
• Working with the Content Admin. team and cross-functional teams to achieve different targets.
• Creating and allocating proper descriptions and arrangements to playlists of songs and artists highlighted.

Requirements

• Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree
• Experience: 1-3 years of Music programming and copywriting experience.

Other Requirements:

• A passion for music in multiple genres.
• Experience in programming music, or work in the music business could prove interesting, however it is not a key prerequisite.
• We expect the ideal individual to have a pertinent foundation from the music business (competitors, partners, music labels or radio/television) and furthermore proficient involvement in working with curating playlists.
• Excellent information of Nigeria music, industry and culture.
• A strong understanding of Boomplay customers.
• A sharp sentiment of what makes music fitting for different conditions, and an ability to perceive unimaginable songs to fit.
• Ability to work with and respond to analytics; with keen attention to detail.
• Perfect English is an absolute necessity for this position; both speaking and writing.
• Team spirit, fantastic work ethic, friendly and warm outlook.
