Job Title: General Hospital Manager

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration or other Healthcare related degree
  • Master’s Degree in Management or Healthcare administration
  • Management experience (minimum of 3 years at manager level in healthcare sector), including significant budget and staff management experience
  • Health service sector experience is essential
  • Must understand the workings of medical services as well as business procedures, and must be able to reconcile the two to ensure a balanced organization that maintains standards and efficiency
  • Develop procedures for quality assurance, patient services, medical treatments, department activities and public relations outreach
  • Evidence of ability to lead people successfully
  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral

Job Title: Senior Chartered Accountant

Job Description

  • We are looking for an experienced Senior chartered accountant to ensure the integrity of accounting information by researching account issues for compliance and by establishing quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.
  • Duties of the Senior chartered accountant include the production of weekly cash flow forecasts for the group, review monthly reconciliations, suggest process improvement, manage cash, stock reconciliations, ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met, process invoices, payments and receipts.
  • Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
  • Compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting and other tax requirements.
  • Analyze financial information and summarize financial status
  • Develop, implement, modify, and document record keeping and accounting systems, making use of current computer technology.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years work experience
  • BSc / HND in Business related degree
  • Must be fully or ACCA qualified

Job Title: Chief Operating Officer

Job Descriptions

  • Reporting to the Group CEO, the appointee will be primarily responsible for managing and growing the business.
  • He will drive the development and implementation of the strategic plan, and the annual business and financial plans, ensuring consultation with all stakeholders of the individual units in consultation with the Board.
  • The appointee will steer and direct the Company’s operations to ensure the attainment of both operational and financial budgets.

Requirements

  • Suitable candidates for this position will be graduates of Engineering, or Finance preferably with a Master’s in Business Administration, preferably marketing option.
  • The appointee will have not less than Fifteen (15) years experience in the manufacturing industry.
  • The preferred candidate will currently be functioning in a similar rote as General Manager, Chief Operating Officer, or Managing Director.

Job Title: Production Manager (Pet Bottle Resin Production)

  • The successful candidate for this position will look after the production of the entire plant, and the maintenance of the plant, including utilities.
  • He will set up process control standards and guidelines, establish SOP’s and ensure adherence to the procedures.
  • The appointee will ensure that production targets are met within quality specifications.

Requirements

  • Suitable candidates will be Chemical Engineers with not less than Fifteen (15) years production experience, a minimum of five years will be in a similar position in the Pet Resin Industry.
  • Specific experience requirements include a good knowledge of continuous process polyrisation and solid state polyrisation

  • He will have strong report writing and proposal preparation skills with the natural flair to network and negotiate at very senior levels
