Job Position: Head of Marketing and Partnerships.
Job Description:
This position needs a professional that will focus on publicizing the brand, creating campaigns, increasing awareness, monitoring brand quality and bringing in lucrative and strategic partnership deals with other fashion and concession stores. This position may require that you travel extensively to close business deals and acquire new partners.
The core focus of anyone employed in this position is to work alongside other marketers and partnership brokers in the company to develop supply chains (partnership with boutiques and fashion stores) for STL where the company will distribute its products to quarterly.

Key accountabilities of Head of Marketing and Partnerships are:

• Identify strategic partnership stores.
• Find out information about the company’s target customers.
• Determine the demand for the products offered by the brand and its competitors.
• Travel extensively to pitch in company’s business ideas to customers and partners.
• Creation and Publication of marketing materials in line with the marketing plans.
• Study market conditions, monitor trends, forecast trends and make recommendations for effective marketing strategy.
• Continuously analyze potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing.
• Create new and maintain already existing partnerships between our fashion company and boutiques/retail outlets that carry our products.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of Bachelor Degree
• Minimum of 3 years work experience in fashion industry.
• Must be well connected in the fashion, beauty and entertainment industry.
• Must be available and ready to work full time.
• Have a detailed knowledge of fashion products and marketing.
• Demonstrate ability to build contacts and connections.
• Have excellent communication skills.
• Be enthusiastic and ability to motivate others.
• Must possess people skills.

Job Position: Marketing and Partnership Brokers.
Job Description: 
The marketing and partnership brokers are going to work together with the Head of Marketing and Partnership in carrying out the company’s marketing and partnership plans. The Brokers will be required to approach select stores to close lucrative partnership deals. They will also be tasked with bringing in high-end clienteles.

Job Requirements:

• Must have experience in fashion marketing and merchandising
• A strong network of contacts in the Nigerian fashion industry.
• Demonstrate high ability to build contacts and connections.
• Be enthusiastic and possess people skills
• Excellent communication skills.

NOTE: this position is 100% performance and target driven.

Job Position: Designers and Illustrators.
Job Location: Lagos.

Job Description: 
We are also looking for Fashion Designers and Illustrators who will work with us on contract basis for our fall 2016 and upcoming 2017 collections.
This position will require you to combine a background in art and fashion, to create illustrations of clothes for different purposes, which are in line with the brand’s image. Positions are also available in permanent bases option and in independent freelance option where you can work on short-term contracts.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of one year fashion design & illustration experience
• Must have at least 5 fully manifested styles that you will bring along for your interview.
