Job Title: Head of Sales
Job Description

• We are recruiting for the Head of Sales who will be Head of Physical Branches, Head of Partnerships & Alliances.

Responsibilities
Candidate will be:

• Accountable for overall sales organisation performance, profitable achievement of sales organisation goals, and for aligning sales objectives with firm business strategy;
• Develop, drive and implement the overall Sales distribution and marketing (brand) strategy for the company
• Develop and execute business plans to achieve budgets across all aspects of the Company’s Sales.
• Drive profitability across the branch network.
• Develop and maintain profitable alliance partnerships to support the execution of the company’s strategy

Requirements

• Candidate should have Ten (10) to Twelve (12) years’ experience, with relevant experience in Retail Financial Services Sales roles and an MBA with a relevant First degree.

Remuneration
Negotiable at 10 – 12 million annual gross.
