We are recruiting to fill the vacant positions below:

Job Title: Filling Station Manager
Location: Owerri, Imo
Purpose of Role

• Virgin Forest Energy Limited is a wholly owned Nigerian and well capitalized energy downstream oil trading company and is seeking to recruit Filling Station Manager that will manage daily operations of the station at owerri.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and evaluate the operations of the feul station
• Manage staff and assign duties
• Determine merchandise and services to be sold, and implement price and credit policies
• Resolve customer complaints
• Enforce all corporate, local, and state policies and procedures
• Meet budgeted productivity while keeping quality consistently high
• Create and maintain employee schedules
• Utilize and cooperate with required customer appreciation and incentive programs
• Develop and implement marketing strategies

Educational Requirements

• Must possess a minimum of first degree in Business Administration or any related field. Other qualification is an added advantage.

Experience Requirements:

• Candidate must have 3 years and above managerial experience in oil and gas industry.
• Enthusiastic and positive personality

Job Title: Filling Station Accountant/Cashier
Location: Nigeria
Responsibilities

• Preparation of and updating expenses cash book on a daily basis.
• Maintains the impress account for the station.
• Keeps ledgers of daily expenses.
• Maintains fixed assets register for all company’s assets at the station.
• Prepare and develop budget for approval and control
• Prepares and renders periodic reports as appropriate e.g cash flow statement.
• Reconcile the accounts payable, accounts receivable, daily, weekly, and monthly deposits with station attendants
• Preparation of income & expenses statement at the end of every month
• Withdrawal, deposit and disbursement of fund to the appropriate units as directed
• Ensuring that financial records are maintained in compliance with lawful and accepted procedures and policies of the company.

Educational Requirements

• Candidates should possess minimum of HND in Accounting or related field.

Experience requirements:

• Cognate experience in Oil & Gas industry.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in similar role.
• Applicants must possess adequate knowledge on financial modelling

Job Title: Filling Station Supervisor
Location: Nigeria
Purpose of Role

• Virgin Forest Energy Limited is a wholly owned Nigerian and well capitalized energy downstream oil trading company and is seeking to recruit Filling Station Supervisor that will supervise the daily operations of the station at Owerri and report directly to the station manager.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing filling station pump attendants to achieve company’s goals.
• Responsible for marketing petroleum products at the station.
• Responsible smooth operation/running of the filling station to increase fuel sales and reduce operational cost
• Responsible for sending daily sales reports.

Educational Requirements

• Candidates should possess minimum of HND in respective areas of study.

Experience Requirements:

• Cognate experience in Oil & Gas industry.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in similar role.
• Ability to deal effectively and to a high level of customer service standard with all types of customers, including those with special needs.
