Job Title: Receptionist

Location: Lagos

Job Description:

First impressions are everything! As a Receptionist, you will take care of gust from the momment of their arrival through through their departure by ensuring they have a memorable experience with us.

Job Details:

Greet, check-in, respond to request and settle accounts
Take initiative to add a personalized experience
Proudly promote the hotel facilities ,looking for opportunities to enhance a guest’s stay through up-selling.

Requirements:

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree qualification with at least 3 years work experience.
Service focused personality
Prior experience working with hotel software
Fluency in English
Male candidates preferred.

Salary:
N40,000 monthly.
