Job Title: Sales & Customer Engagement Manager
Location: Lagos Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Handle outgoing calls to sell products to prospective customers or clients.
• Using scripts to provide information about product’s features, prices etc. and present their benefits
• Influences potential customers to buy products and merchandise by following a prepared sales talk to give product information and price quotations.
• Deal and resolve any customer complaints.
• Handle customer orders, provide appropriate solutions and upsell other products within the time limits;
• Keep records of customer orders, funnel process, inventory, proof of payment with each logistics partner
• Respond to customers’ enquiries via email, live chat, and active social media platforms.
• Follow up with customer to ensure sales target, follow up with logistics partner so that delivery of products and remittance is done on schedule and on time.

Requirements:

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree or HND, OND.
• 1 – 3 years of experience.

Salary: N700,000 – N1,000,000 annually
