Job Title: Internet Service Provider Customer Engagement Officer
Locations: Osogbo – Osun, (Abeokuta, Agbara, Ota, Isheri) Ogun, Ibadan – Oyo and Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Scope:

  • Primary purpose of the role The Customer Engagement Officer is responsible for coordinating a range of customer engagement and learning consumer needs, trends and ensuring these concerns are proactively taken care of by IWN in the way of products & services to guarantee customer-centric experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer engagement Officers encourage customers to use their IWN products & service Seek for feedbacks for continuous improvement or launch of completely novel or modified products & Services
  • They engage with customers in person, over the phone, or online to build professional relationships by investigating their issues and developing appropriate solutions
  • Schedule customer engagement programs based on business, customer, or consumer needs
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives support the efficiency of work processes and the implementation of changes in the workplace.
  • Provide assistance and support customers and collaborate with Technical teams to support the delivery of a high quality customer experience.
  • Promote digital adoption and learning initiatives to support customer.

Requirements:

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND qualification.

Required Competencies:

  • Superb written and oral communication skills and be able communicate with people at all levels.
  • Experience in a telecoms or technology background would be advantageous.
  • 2 years previous B2B and B2C experience would be an advantage.
  • Proven working experience as a field customer service officer as this job will be predominantly out of the office
  • Experience in proving Customer Service support.
  • Working knowledge of customer service software HubSpot, database and tools .
  • Awareness of industry’s latest technology trends and applications.
  • Ability to think strategically and to lead.

Salary: N60,000 – N90,000 monthly.
