Wellspring University was founded by Management Science Centre, a Professional Training and Educational Consulting Firm established in 1983. The centre, which has a long-standing history of excellent performance in this subsector, commenced business as a tutorial centre for degree students of the then Correspondence and Open Studies Institute of the University of Lagos.

Job Title: Electrical Technician
Location: Benin, Edo
Requirements

• Candidates should possess at least OND, Trade Test Certificate or the City and Guilds, with at least five years experience.
• Candidates should be experienced in both domestic and industrial installation (power). Knowledge of electronic devices maintenance will be an added advantage.

 

Job Title: Nurse
Location: Benin, Edo
Requirements

• A nursing sister, registered with Nursing & Midwifery Council of Nigeria, with at least a Diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution and at least five years cognate experience.

 

Job Title: Computer Operator/Secretary
Location: Benin, Edo
Requirements

• Candidates should possess at least a Diploma in Computer Science or Secretarial Studies from a recognized institution, with not less than three years experience.
• Candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

 

Job Title: Maintenance Manager
Location: Benin, Edo
Requirements

• Candidates should possess at least HND in Engineering or related field, with at least ten years’ experience in maintenance management role; have strong knowledge of engineering concepts, including electrical, hydraulic and mechanical systems; ability to interpret blueprints, specifications and schematics; effective interpersonal and written communication skills, and able to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively, with excellent organizational and prioritization skills. Associate membership of NSE or NATE will be an added advantage.

 

Job Title: Information Technology Administrator
Location: Benin, Edo
Details

• The IT Administrator is responsible for the planning, management, security, and coordination of the technology resources of the University.

Requirements

• A Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline, with at least five years’ experience
• A professional qualification will be an advantage.
• Candidates should have the technical expertise to manage ICT operations, evaluating programs for efficiency and quality performance and ensuring maintenance of the systems.

 

Job Title: Librarian
Location: Benin, Edo
Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Master of Library Science, Master of Information Studies or Master of Library and Information Studies, with at least five years relevant experience in an education-related institution.
• Candidate should possess the ability to think analytically and to develop new or revised systems, procedures, and work flow, and possess the knowledge of computers, the internet, and library software.
• He/She should be able to organize job duties and work independently, and have sound knowledge of library materials and resources.

 

Job Title: Chief Security Officer
Location: Benin, Edo
Requirements

• The candidate must hold at least a Bachelor’s degree or HND from a recognized institution, with at least fifteen years’ Military or Para-Military experience, not below the rank of a Superintendent of Police or its equivalent.
• Candidate should be at most fifty five (55) years old; have undergone relevant training in security management; have effective interpersonal and written communication skills, and able to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively, with excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
• Experience in a tertiary institution will be an advantage.

 

Job Title: Security Operative
Location: Benin, Edo
Requirements

• Applicant should be at least 1.67m tall, with GCE O/L, WAEC/SSCE, OND, NCE or Diploma in Security Studies. In addition, applicants must have good physique, with relevant experience in security matters.

 

Job Title: Radio/Television Technologist
Location: Benin, Edo
Requirements

• A minimum of B.Sc. or HND in Electrical/Electronic Engineering from a reputable institution with at least four years’ relevant experience.

 

Job Title: Matron

Requirements

• A senior nursing sister, registered with Nursing & Midwifery Council of Nigeria, with at least a Diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution and not less than ten years cognate experience.

 

Job Title: Plumbing Technician
Location: Benin, Edo
Requirements

• Candidates should possess at least OND, Trade Test Certificate or the City and Guilds, with at least five years experience.
• Candidates should be proficient in the installation of galvanized pipe installation; PVC and copper pipe.
