Job Title: Human Resources Manager

About the Job:
- We require the services of an Human Resources Manager to oversee all aspects of its human resource practices and processes.
- The ideal candidate will manage activities such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management and training & development.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment and selection process.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
- Nurture a positive and progressive working environment.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Assess with training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
- Ensure legal compliance throughouthuman resource management.
Requirements and Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience as an HR Manager or HR Administrative Officer.
- CIPM or any relevant professional qualification would be an added advantage.
- Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
- Effective HR Administration and People Management skills.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and related business and communication tools.
- Great organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of labour legislation.
- Strong presentation and reporting skills.
