Job Title: Digital Marketer
Location: Abuja (FCT)

- Your responsibility as a Digital Marketer is to develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns to promote products or services, build brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads or sales.
- This role requires a combination of creativity, analytical skills, and a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tactics.
- Excellent in graphic designing
- Excellent in content creation and social media management
- Ability to understand and use video editing tools
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Identify target audience segments and devise targeted marketing campaigns.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Plan, create, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as search engine marketing (SEM), social media, email marketing, display advertising, and content marketing.
- Set campaign objectives, budgets, and timelines.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and optimize campaigns for maximum effectiveness.
Content Creation and Optimization:
- Create compelling and engaging content for various digital platforms, including websites, social media, blogs, and email newsletters.
- Optimize content for search engines (SEO) to improve organic visibility and rankings.
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and other team members to develop high-quality content.
Social Media Management:
- Manage and grow the organization’s presence on social media platforms.
- Develop social media strategies and content plans.
- Monitor social media channels, engage with the audience, and respond to inquiries or comments.
- Use social media advertising to reach target audiences and achieve marketing goals.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital marketing campaigns.
- Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders, highlighting campaign performance, trends, and recommendations for improvement.
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and drive continuous improvement.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):
- Identify opportunities to improve website conversion rates and user experience.
- Conduct A/B testing and implement conversion rate optimization strategies.
- Collaborate with web developers to implement tracking tags, landing page optimizations, and other CRO initiatives.
- Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline and automate marketing processes, including lead nurturing, email marketing, and customer segmentation.
- Develop and implement automated email marketing campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience) with at least 2 years experience
- Proven experience in digital marketing, graphic design, campaign management, and content creation.
- In-depth knowledge of various digital marketing channels, tools, and techniques.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media management platforms, and email marketing software, video editing tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
