Job Title: Cinema Manager
- Are you passionate about the cinema industry? Do you have strong leadership skills and a knack for delivering exceptional customer experiences? Wosam Arena Limited is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Cinema Manager.
- As the Cinema Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our cinema and ensuring the highest level of service for our patrons.
- Oversee all aspects of cinema operations, including staff management, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure the highest standards of customer service are maintained at all times, exceeding guest expectations.
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the cinema, including auditoriums, common areas, and facilities.
- Manage ticket sales, concessions, and box office operations to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional activities and events to drive attendance and increase customer engagement.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, such as ticket sales, attendance, and customer feedback, to identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate strategies.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with film distributors, suppliers, and other external stakeholders.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to remain competitive in the market.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and legal requirements.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional and timely manner.
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree qualification with 3 – 5 years work experience.
- Previous experience in cinema management or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on delivering an exceptional guest experience.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers, staff, and external stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address operational challenges.
- Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of cinema management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required by the business.
