We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Plumber<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location: <\/strong>Osun<br \/>\n<strong>Report to:<\/strong> Maintenance Manager<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Descriptions<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>He is able to study blueprints to understand the structure of a water supply or drainage system for the hotel.<\/li>\n<li>He should follow up the testing of plumbing systems to identify leaks and other faults.<\/li>\n<li>He should have a range of equipment\/tools among which include wrench, spade, rule, and saw.<\/li>\n<li>He should be able to use equipment in measuring, cutting, threading, and assembling pipes and other plumbing structures.<\/li>\n<li>He should be able to drill or cut holes in walls\/floor to make room for the passage of pipes.<\/li>\n<li>He should be able to troubleshoot plumbing fixtures to perform repair or replacement of damaged components.<\/li>\n<li>He oversee the selection and procurement of materials required for a plumbing installation \/ repair.<\/li>\n<li>He should be able to install plumbing systems such as sinks, toilets, tubs, and also install supports and hangers for plumbing fixtures and pipes.<\/li>\n<li>He perform scheduled maintenance to ensure plumbing equipment are functioning efficiently.<\/li>\n<li>His description also entails operating and monitoring pressure gauges in order to identify leaks and fix them.<\/li>\n<li>He should be able to evaluate all installations to ensure appropriate pipe sizes and grades are used.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirement<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of SSCE or Trade Test holder with working experience in a similar role.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV and Cover Letter and the position applying for as the subject of the email to: <strong><a href=\"mailto:jobs@laimhotels.com\" target=\"_blank\">jobs@laimhotels.com<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>16th August, 2020.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Laim Hotel &#8211; We are a 5 STAR hotel with the aim of constantly anticipating our customer&#8217;s expectations by offering superior services, with exceptional facilities and innovations that consistently exceed&#8230;..<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":10165,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"om_disable_all_campaigns":false,"jetpack_post_was_ever_published":false,"_jetpack_newsletter_access":"","_jetpack_newsletter_tier_id":0,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_is_tweetstorm":false,"jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","enabled":false}}},"categories":[70],"tags":[],"jetpack_publicize_connections":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v21.5 -
