We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Call Centre Agent<br \/>\nLocation: <\/strong>Abuja.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Respond to calls from Clients professionally and attend to clients inquiries and complaints.<\/li>\n<li>Research, identify and resolve clients\u2019 complaints using applicable software.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure clients satisfaction by providing professional customer support.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain a professional and empathetic attitude to clients at all times<\/li>\n<li>Identify, escalate and report Clients priority issues to supervisors.<\/li>\n<li>Provide personalized customer service by responding to clients\u2019 needs.<\/li>\n<li>Document and report clients\u2019 transaction, complaints and feedback to improve the clients\u2019 experience.<\/li>\n<li>Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate problems of clients and provide logical lasting solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Respond promptly to clients inquiries<\/li>\n<li>Manage Filing, mailing, correspondence and other management task.<\/li>\n<li>Handle any other task as may be assigned by supervisors.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>General Requirements and Qualities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A Bachelor&#8217;s degree or equivalent in Arts, Sciences, Social Sciences, Management Sciences.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 1 to 3 years post NYSC experience with at least one year experience as a Call Centre Agent.<\/li>\n<li>The ideal candidate must exhibit Proficiency in use of Microsoft office packages<\/li>\n<li>The ideal candidate must exhibit excellent data entry and typing skills.<\/li>\n<li>The ideal candidate must illustrate excellent oral and written communication.<\/li>\n<li>The ideal candidate must exhibit good listening skills.<\/li>\n<li>The ideal candidate must be able to maintain clients\u2019 confidentiality.<\/li>\n<li>The ideal candidate must be able to react effectively and speedy to emergencies<\/li>\n<li>The ideal candidate must be able to provide intelligent and insightful feedback<\/li>\n<li>The ideal Candidate must exhibit good multi-tasking skills<\/li>\n<li>The ideal candidate must be able to work under pressure<\/li>\n<li>Ability to retain information and pay attention to details.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently with little or no supervision.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should forward their CV and Cover Letter to: <a href=\"mailto:kachi@bhakor.com\"><strong>kachi@bhakor.com<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>17th August, 2020.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong> Applications submitted after the deadline will not be considered.
