Perfection Motor\u2019s was given the sole rights to, assemble and market FAW heavy duty Trucks in Nigeria.<\/p>\n<p>Since our inception in 2013 we have made great strides in insuring that we will be ready to service our market by establishing our head office alongside a fully equipped workshop, Parts Department and not to mention an SKD assembly plant in Ikeja. We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Human Resource Officer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Recruiting and interviewing potential applicants on experience, skills, and education; and drawing up plans for future personnel hiring procedures and goals;<\/li>\n<li>Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems;<\/li>\n<li>Providing counselling on policies and procedures;<\/li>\n<li>Actively being involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting job adverts and managing the hiring process;<\/li>\n<li>Organizing and managing new employee orientation, on-boarding and training programs;<\/li>\n<li>Assisting in performance management processes;<\/li>\n<li>Supporting the management of disciplinary and grievance issues;<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining employee records (attendance, data, paper works etc.) in accordance with the firm\u2019s policy;<\/li>\n<li>Reviewing employment and working conditions to ensure compliance;<\/li>\n<li>Updating job requirements when needed;<\/li>\n<li>Contacting and verifying applicants\u2019 references;<\/li>\n<li>Explaining and providing information on employee benefits, programs, and education;<\/li>\n<li>Answering employee questions and addressing employee concerns with company<\/li>\n<li>Reviewing procedures for employee safety, welfare, wellness and health; and overseeing employee health and safety procedures;<\/li>\n<li>Representing the firm in community and recruiting events; and<\/li>\n<li>Performing specific administrative tasks as assigned from time to time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Essential Skills And Educational Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>First degree in Human Resources Management or any other business-related field;<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 5 years\u2019 experience in all aspect of Human Resources Management;<\/li>\n<li>Master\u2019s degree in Human Resources Management or other business-related fields is an added advantage;<\/li>\n<li>Professional certificate in Institute of Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (\u201cCIPM\u201d) is required and demonstration of practical knowledge of Nigerian Labour Law.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum years of experience: 5<\/li>\n<li>Qualifications:B.Sc<\/li>\n<li>Desired Course: Human Resource Management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Other Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent interpersonal relationship building and employee coaching skills;<\/li>\n<li>Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently;<\/li>\n<li>Must be a goal-oriented, organised team player;<\/li>\n<li>Must be a creative problem solver who thrives when presented with a challenge;<\/li>\n<li>Ability to mentor and lead;<\/li>\n<li>Ability to present company mission and history clearly and confidently;<\/li>\n<li>Excellent Information Communication Technology (\u201cICT\u201d) skills including Excel, PowerPoint and Word (must be at least 80% proficient); and<\/li>\n<li>Must possess great professional attitude.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their Applications to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:aisha.adeleke@perfection-motor.com\">aisha.adeleke@perfection-motor.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the &#8220;Job title&#8221; as subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>18th August, 2020.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Perfection Motors a subsidiary of the Lee Group of companies was established in partnership with FAW China.
