\n1. Director of Works and Physical Planning: Director of Works shall be responsible to the
\nVice-Chancellor for the day to day administration of the Works and Physical Planning
\ndirectorate. The appointee should exhibit considerable ability to control and coordinate
\noperations of engineering, technical and professional nature in the university estate.
\nApplicant must possess a good honours degree in the field of Engineering or
\nArchitecture from a recognized university. Membership of the professional regulatory
\nbody (COREN, ARCON, NIA) is required. In addition, the Candidate must have at least
\nfifteen (15) years cognate post-qualification working experience most of which
\npreferably should be in services related to a university works\/physical planning
\ndepartment.

\nA good first degree or HND in Secretarial Studies with minimum of 3 years working
