We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Receptionist<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong>\u00a0Ikeja, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full Time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are looking for a Receptionist to be responsible for greeting clients and visitors to our office<\/li>\n<li>You will be in charge of giving clients directions to various parts of the office, contacting employees regarding visitors, answering phones and taking messages, and sorting and distributing mail.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.<\/li>\n<li>Assisting clients in finding their way around the office.<\/li>\n<li>Announcing clients as necessary.<\/li>\n<li>Helping maintain workplace security by issuing, checking and collecting badges as necessary and maintaining visitor logs.<\/li>\n<li>Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes and making travel plans.<\/li>\n<li>Preparing meeting and training rooms.<\/li>\n<li>Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.<\/li>\n<li>Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.<\/li>\n<li>Performing ad-hoc administrative duties.<\/li>\n<li>Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls.<\/li>\n<li>Sorting and distributing mail.<\/li>\n<li>Hiring, managing and developing the junior administrative team.<\/li>\n<li>Provide excellent customer service.<\/li>\n<li>Scheduling appointments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requiremets<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Sc qualification with 0-2 years experience<\/li>\n<li>To be successful in this role, you will need excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as competency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel<\/li>\n<li>Prior experience as a receptionist is also helpful.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>N50,000 &#8211; N80,000 monthly.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should forward their CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:hramagbuz@gmail.com\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>hramagbuz@gmail.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>5th October, 2020.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Amagbuz Venture is a telecommunication company that is into Cellular networks.
