Our client is looking to recruit suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Assistant Chef<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Ikoyi, Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Set up the kitchen with cooking utensils and equipment, like knives, pans and kitchen scales<\/li>\n<li>Study each recipe and gather all necessary ingredients<\/li>\n<li>Cook food in a timely manner<\/li>\n<li>Delegate tasks to kitchen staff<\/li>\n<li>Ensure appealing plate presentation<\/li>\n<li>Monitor food stock and place orders<\/li>\n<li>Check freshness of food and discard out-of-date items<\/li>\n<li>Experiment with recipes and suggest new ingredients<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of OND<\/li>\n<li>Min of 5 years cognate experience as a Cook<\/li>\n<li>Must have culinary certification<\/li>\n<li>Must be able to speak any of the South-south Indigenous languages fluently<\/li>\n<li>Must know her way around the market<\/li>\n<li>Must be able to negotiate with those selling food stuff in the market<\/li>\n<li>Advanced knowledge of culinary, baking and pastry techniques<\/li>\n<li>Ability to remain calm and undertake various tasks<\/li>\n<li>Excellent time management abilities<\/li>\n<li>Up-to-date knowledge of cooking techniques and recipes<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with sanitation regulations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>N80,000 monthly.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To apply\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested and qualified candidates should send their CV in MS Word format to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:careers@willerssolutions.com\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>careers@willerssolutions.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using &#8220;Assistant Chef&#8221;
