planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures<\/li>\n<li>Determine and define project scope and objectives<\/li>\n<li>Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner<\/li>\n<li>Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements<\/li>\n<li>Track project costs in order to meet budget<\/li>\n<li>Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan<\/li>\n<li>Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress<\/li>\n<li>Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables<\/li>\n<li>Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution<\/li>\n<li>Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed<\/li>\n<li>Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement<\/li>\n<li>Recommends information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes; identifying problems; evaluating trends; anticipating requirements<\/li>\n<li>Accomplishes financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective action<\/li>\n<li>Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards<\/li>\n<li>Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops;
