\nJob Title<\/strong>: Administrative Assistant
\nMain Responsibilities<\/strong>:
\nExplain and apply financial. HR and administrative procedures Maintain accounting books using software package
\nPrepare accounting documents for monthly closing
\nFollow up and process payments (cash and bank)
\nOrganize and follow-up the maintenance and repairs on premises and office equipment (photocopiers, telephones. faxes. etc.)
\nExecute HR administrative tasks
\nRequired Qualifications<\/strong>:
\nUniversity degree in business administration or equivalent 2 years work experience in a similar position
\nKnowledge of social and economic environment of Port Harcourt Good command of written and spoken English
\nExcellent computer skills
\nDesired Personal Skills:<\/strong>
\nStrongly motivated by humanitarian work
\nTeam leadership and good communication skills
\nAbility to work independently and with a sense of initiative Methodical person with common sense and rigour
\nStrong sense of responsibility and adaptability, able to work over time when needed
