Sigma has more than 41 consultants in major industries and provided services in 3 countries.<\/p>\n<p>Sigma Consulting Group &#8211; Our client,\u00a0a Hospitality firm\u00a0located in Lagos, require the services of suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Waiter \/ Waitress<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The ideal candidates would be responsible for creating positive experience for guests in our client\u2019s restaurant by meeting their needs, take customer\u2019s order detailing the customer\u2019s request and inform the kitchen staff of the new order.<\/li>\n<li>Also, the ideal candidate is expected to serve plated meals in an orderly manner to the appropriate customer and see to it that the food was prepared to their satisfaction.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Welcome customers on arrival.<\/li>\n<li>Introduce customers to the menu and announces daily or seasonal menu specials.<\/li>\n<li>Answer questions about menu items, ingredients and pricing .<\/li>\n<li>Take customers order for food and drink by writing them on a ticket, entering them on a tablet or memorizing them.<\/li>\n<li>Passing customer\u2019s orders along to kitchen staff for preparation.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare drinks and serve them to customers .<\/li>\n<li>Collect food order from the kitchen, verify that they are correct and serve them to customers.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that the customers are satisfied with their meals.<\/li>\n<li>Remove used dishes, glasses and flatware from tables.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven work experience as a Waiter\/Waitress.<\/li>\n<li>Fluency in English Language.<\/li>\n<li>A Culinary certificate would be an added advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Keep up with cooking trends and best practices.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent customer service skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to multi-task.<\/li>\n<li>A great attention to detail.<\/li>\n<li>Physical Strength.<\/li>\n<li>Physical Stamina.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with Alcohol Restrictions or Laws.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.sigmacg.co\/job\/waiter-waitress\/\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Click here to apply online<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>28th August, 2020.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sigma Consulting is one of the fast growing Nigeria\u2019s management &amp; healthcare consulting firms.
