We hereby require the services of suitable and qualified candidates to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Supervisor<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Oyo State<br \/>\n<strong>Job Type:<\/strong> Permanent<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Brief<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are looking for a responsible Supervisor to oversee the workflow at our facilities. The role is a complex one.<\/li>\n<li>The ideal candidate will be a competent individual who will be able to guide and train employees.<\/li>\n<li>The goal is to ensure that operations are carried out productively so as to ensure profitability and sustainable growth.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Set goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with company&#8217;s plans and vision and communicate them to subordinates<\/li>\n<li>Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks<\/li>\n<li>Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching<\/li>\n<li>Receive complaints and resolve problems<\/li>\n<li>Maintain timekeeping and personnel records<\/li>\n<li>Pass on information from upper management to employees and vice versa<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and submit performance reports.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum Qualification: HND \/ B.Sc in management or relevant discipline.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 5yrs working experience as supervisor or relevant role is compulsory<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with company policies and legal guidelines of the field<\/li>\n<li>Ability to learn a variety of job descriptions<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Outstanding organizational and leadership skills<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge of MS Office<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:bountypraiseconstructionltd@gmail.com\"><strong>bountypraiseconstructionltd@gmail.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the &#8220;Job Position&#8221; as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>14th September, 2020.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>BountyPraise Steel Construction Limited is a reputable organization that is into Construction, Building and general Steel work.
