Whoever that occupies this position is expected to report directly to the General Manager<\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Coordinate all activities towards ensuring the efficient performance of the  stores and warehouse in keeping\/handling raw materials and finished goods at the  region.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Specific Duties &amp; Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop operational plan for keeping\/handling raw materials and finished  goods at the region.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee the receipt of materials procured locally at plant level and endorse  approval for payment.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee the issuance\/return of goods from\/to the plant\u2019s stores, and write-  off bad goods.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee the receipt\/transfer of goods to and from other SBC locations.<\/li>\n<li>Reconcile stock counts in both warehouse and stores, against stock  information to determine discrepancies.<\/li>\n<li>Reconcile information on product out-load to route and transfer to depots.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor the receipts of new bottles and plastics shells.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure principle of FIFO is maintained<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Performace Objectives &amp; Indicators<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Objective: <\/strong>Ensure that raw materials and finished products  are stored in good condition.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Indicators<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Amount of bad goods written-off\/concentrate on account of BBD<\/li>\n<li>Level of pilferage.<\/li>\n<li>Response rate to requests.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Work Guides &amp; Preferences<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Plant operations manual<\/li>\n<li>Management Information System<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Specifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Minimum Education: <\/strong>B.Sc in Purchasing and Supply or related  fields.
