We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Security Supervisor<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Locations:<\/strong>\u00a0Ojota, Mushin &#8211; Lagos and Ota &#8211; Ogun<br \/>\n<strong>Job Type:<\/strong> Full Time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Training and retraining of guards<\/li>\n<li>Induction of newly posted guards<\/li>\n<li>Oversee and coordinate security efforts across the company<\/li>\n<li>Identify, implement and execute security initiatives, guidelines, procedures and standards.<\/li>\n<li>Develop procedures to ensure the physical safety of employees and visitors.<\/li>\n<li>Manage the development and implementation of global security policies.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure security architecture across the factory is maintained and regularly kept in a proactive manner.<\/li>\n<li>Create workplace violence awareness and prevention programs.<\/li>\n<li>Implement video surveillance.<\/li>\n<li>Prioritize security initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Develop network access and monitoring policies.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain relationships with local, state and federal law enforcement and other related government agencies.<\/li>\n<li>Develop emergency procedures and incident responses.<\/li>\n<li>Investigate security breaches.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct audits to find holes in security platform.<\/li>\n<li>Develop risk management assessments.<\/li>\n<li>Create global security policy, standards, guidelines and procedures to ensure ongoing maintenance of security<\/li>\n<li>Report writing and Incidence reporting<\/li>\n<li>Beat patrolling.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>General Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Sc \/ HND in any relevant discipline (Higher certification \/ qualification in a relevant Security discipline will be an advantage)<\/li>\n<li>Experience: 10 &#8211; 12 years<\/li>\n<li>Proven work experience as a Security Supervisor in an FMCG company is a plus.<\/li>\n<li>Police\/Military background is mandatory.<\/li>\n<li>Relevant security\/safety certifications or a certification\/qualification in Criminology will be a plus.<\/li>\n<li>Very broad experience in security matters, especially in an FMCG company.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in a Factory and Warehouse environment is mandatory.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:cv@ascentech.com.ng\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>cv@ascentech.com.ng<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the Job Title and Location as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>28th August, 2020.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong>\u00a0Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ascentech Services Limited is a full-fledged Human Resource Solution Provider incorporated in 2013 with its Head Office in Lagos, Nigeria.
