Due to ongoing expansion and the need to sustain the highest quality services to existing and potential customers, we seek applications from exceptional candidates to fill the following challenging positions.<\/p>\n<p><strong>FIELD SALES AGENTS (Contract)<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Job Objectives<\/strong><br \/>\nThe candidate will be responsible for selling the organization&#8217;s services to established customers or by developing new prospects within assigned territory to achieve or exceed sales targets.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Output<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Generate sales leads from target market;<\/li>\n<li>Identify and interact with potential subscribers: door-to-door selling;<\/li>\n<li>Build awareness of company brand through outdoor demonstrations;<\/li>\n<li>Generate market intelligence: Competitor&#8217;s activities;<\/li>\n<li>Must possess basic selling skills &#8211; Communicate effectively;<\/li>\n<li>Winning attitude, Goal-oriented &amp; Enthusiasm.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Knowledge, Skills and Competencies<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Should have good interpersonal skills for interacting with customers and as well as convincing abilities;<\/li>\n<li>Ability to communicate effectively in English;<\/li>\n<li>Winning attitude, Goal-oriented &amp; Enthusiasm.<\/li>\n<li>Availability on weekends especially Saturday;<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge of Lagos environment;<\/li>\n<li>Retail\/Consumer sales experience is an added advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Minimum Qualification and Experience<\/strong><br \/>\nA first degree with a minimum of Second Class honors degree (Upper division), from a top Nigerian or foreign university, plus at least 3 years experience in a similar position in a reputable organization.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #8b0000;\">PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO THE CEO<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #8b0000;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Job Objective<\/span><\/strong><\/span><br \/>\nThe candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality support and managing the smooth running of the CEO&#8217;s affair by organizing, scheduling and maintaining information in an efficient way.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key output<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Management of the CEO\u2019s diary and appointments;<\/li>\n<li>Help CEO manage output, workflow and office deadlines;<\/li>\n<li>Take minutes for meetings;<\/li>\n<li>Draft, type and dispatch all the CEO correspondence;<\/li>\n<li>Maintain a comprehensive filing system;<\/li>\n<li>Co-ordinate travel logistics for the CEO and staff on official assignment;<\/li>\n<li>Undertake any other duties as requested by the CEO and the COO.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Knowledge, Skills and Competencies<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must possess strong work ethics, be a self-starter and intelligent problem solver;<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work with Senior Management;<\/li>\n<li>Must have excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills (oral and written);<\/li>\n<li>Flexible and mature approach with ability to work with minimum supervision<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Minimum Qualification and Experience<br \/>\n<\/strong>A first degree with a minimum of Second Class honors degree (Upper division), from a top Nigerian or foreign university, plus at least 3 years experience in a similar position in a reputable organization.<\/p>\n<p><strong>METHOD OF APPLICATION<\/strong><br \/>\nQualified and interested candidates should forward their resume prepared in Microsoft Word format to<strong>hr@swiftng.com<\/strong>\u00a0using the job title as the subject of the email.
