Responsible\u00a0 for the implementation of good manufacturing  practices (GM) and housekeeping in the plant and maintain a hygienic  environment.<br \/>\n<strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Specific Duties &amp; Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Participate in the design and implementation of quality assurance policies<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that the company adheres to standards set by PCI and regulatory  policies on good manufacturing process<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with PCI and government officials in in the region relation to  product quality, process, packaging and consumer contacts<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for the laboratory GMP<\/li>\n<li>Ensure production line GMP\u00a0 and housekeeping are implemented<\/li>\n<li>Reponsible for management of chemicals and lab equipment usages<\/li>\n<li>Ensures that all the required testing regime are implemented in the plant.<\/li>\n<li>Ensures syrup preparation are done as per PCI standards<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for plant preparation anf upkeep to comply with PCI audits and  government inspections.<\/li>\n<li>Ensures products during bottling conforms with standards and implements  quarantine as necessary.<\/li>\n<li>Compiles preliminary quality control report on production shifts<\/li>\n<li>Ensures availability appropriate quality control equipments and chemicals to  carry out necessary tests<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for the date coding consumbales and coder efficiency.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct regular surveys to improve product quality and reduce wastages<\/li>\n<li>Provide management with timely and accurate report on quality performance at  the plant and in the trade<\/li>\n<li>Prepare action plans to achieve sustainable product quality by the plant.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Performance Objectives &amp; Indicators<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Objective:<\/strong> Ensure that SBC products are of high quality and  meet all relevant standards, no plants failing due to poor product quality, and  no critical consumer complaints.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Indicators<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3D Quality ratings of sample products picked by PCI<\/li>\n<li>GMP\/Industrial safety\/ hygiene standards<\/li>\n<li>Level of consumer product complaints<\/li>\n<li>Number of sanctions by regulatory agencies<\/li>\n<li>Concentrate and sugar yields<\/li>\n<li>Raw materials PCI compliance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Work Guides &amp; References<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Plant Operations manuals<\/li>\n<li>Production engineering manuals<\/li>\n<li>Beverage journals<\/li>\n<li>Seven Up\/ Pepsi Bottling Operating Journals\/ Magazines<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Specifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Minimum Education:<\/strong> HND\/B.Sc.
