We are recruiting to fill the position of:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: IT Systems \/ Network Administrator<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Abuja (FCT)<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Overview<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>IT Systems\/Network Administrator needed to oversee network management and database administration tasks.<\/li>\n<li>You will be responsible for the activities on the company&#8217;s website, its modification, and updates and be responsible for internet communications, software installations, Biometrics system, CCTV systems, computer systems administration, Networking (wired\/wireless LAN), Intercom maintenance, and other IT related task.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assess infrastructure on a regular basis to ensure it continues to meet necessary demands.<\/li>\n<li>Manage daily operations of the IT department.<\/li>\n<li>Develop new strategies and IT procedures to increase efficiency, enhance workflow and improve customer satisfaction.<\/li>\n<li>Protect customer data from outside infiltration through encryption, secure data storage and other necessary means.<\/li>\n<li>Assess potential risks and technical challenges and prepare appropriate mitigation plans.<\/li>\n<li>Recommend process improvements to ensure system reliability, scalability, security, integrity and performance.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with the installation of new hardware and software and help train employees on its use.<\/li>\n<li>Offer suggestions for possible upgrades and changes within the IT department.<\/li>\n<li>Deploy, configure, maintain and monitor all network equipment in order to ensure smooth network operation.<\/li>\n<li>Installing and configuring computer networks and systems.<\/li>\n<li>Install and integrate new server hardware and applications.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure network security and connectivity.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor network performance.<\/li>\n<li>Set up user accounts, permissions and passwords<\/li>\n<li>Resolve problems reported by end user.<\/li>\n<li>Research and make recommendations on server system administration.<\/li>\n<li>Providing general network administration and support.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Job Qualification: Bachelor&#8217;s Degree, HND<\/li>\n<li>Min: 4 years experience<\/li>\n<li>Proven track record of maintaining IT structural integrity.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated broad ICT &amp; business knowledge; database management, business application configuration; IT support knowledge and skills<\/li>\n<li>Working experience of website creation, design, management and maintenance techniques.<\/li>\n<li>In depth understanding of diverse web applications, mobile applications, computer systems and networks.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware\/software systems.<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of cyber security.<\/li>\n<li>Able to systematically gather relevant information to troubleshoot and resolve issues.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with firewalls, Internet VPN&#8217;s remote implementation, troubleshooting, and problem resolution is desired.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to set up and configure server hardware.<\/li>\n<li>Skilled in hardware and software configuration.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple problems simultaneously<\/li>\n<li>Industry certifications and memberships a plus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To apply\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:jobs.eclathrconsulting@gmail.com\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>jobs.eclathrconsulting@gmail.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the &#8220;Job Title&#8221; as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>30th October, 2020.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:\u00a0<\/strong>Only those who meet the requirements will be shortlisted.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Eclat Human Resources Consulting Limited is a progressive Human Resource Management Firm with its Headquarters in Abuja, Nigeria.
