We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Territory Sales Manager, Blaze Channel (Enugu &amp; Imo)<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Locations:<\/strong> Enugu &amp; Imo<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The individual in this role would be responsible for LDP sales rep and Rickshaw ridders escalation management- attending to issues around IDU activation, NIBSS payment\/ CRM downtime, escalating promptly and ensuring resolution.<\/li>\n<li>We are seeking a candidate who is persuasive, energetic, and ready to go the extra mile to ensure stakeholders loyalty.<\/li>\n<li>S\/he will manage Blaze Channel partners activation challenges.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible for trouble shooting, escalation and follow through resolutions of CRM\/ NIBSS downtime<\/li>\n<li>Interface between Lumos and LDP sales rep\/ Rickshaw ridders for activation- First point of escalation<\/li>\n<li>Motivate, nurture and mentor the LDP reps for performance.<\/li>\n<li>Drive end-to-end sales processes<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance of LDP Sales reps and Rickshaw ridders to SLA<\/li>\n<li>Manage canvassers and rickshaw riders assigned to LDPs and Hubs within the territory.<\/li>\n<li>Identify sales opportunities within the territory and explore.
