The Bank later transformed into a Public Limited Company (PLC) in April 1987 and was listed on the floor of the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) in January 1990.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Entry Requirements \u2013 Experienced Hires<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Qualification:<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0University Degree or its equivalent, with a grade not lower than Second Class Lower Division. Professional qualifications and and\/or certifications proffer added advantage.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Age:<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0As specified.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Communication Skills:<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0Advanced competency in oral and written English with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently in a professional work environment.<\/p>\n<p>Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrable and proven interpersonal skills; the ability to work and interact with people regardless of age, sex, background, religion, colour, or origin.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Flexibility:<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0Be adaptable and demonstrate the ability to traverse different assignments and work locations.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Analytical Skills:<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0Possess the ability to apply strategic thought process to complex business challenges and develop innovative, yet practical, solutions.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Commitment &amp; Aspiration:<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0Possess the aspiration towards growth and achievement of personal and corporate goals.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Process \u2013 Experienced Hires<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested applicants should submit their resumes to Human Capital Management at the Bank\u2019s Head Office or through any of our network of branches nationwide.
