Since its operations begun, the company has enjoyed continued success due to its reliable and stable reputation amongst clients.\u00a0We are recruiting to fill the positions below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Automobile Service Advisor<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location: <\/strong>Ajah, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Reports to:<\/strong> Workshop Manager<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Main Purpose<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Automobile Service Advisor acts as the liaison between customers and the service technicians.<\/li>\n<li>The Automobile Service Advisor communicates with customers to determine their vehicular problems and the repair timeline and provides the technicians with accurate repair descriptions about the customers&#8217; concerns.<\/li>\n<li>The successful candidate should be a highly motivated, high energy individual with a strong desire to succeed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Receive client&#8217;s complaints, recommend possible solutions (in synergy with technicians) as well as convince clients to carry out the recommendations.<\/li>\n<li>Profile clients and prepare repair quotes for the recommended activities, thereby achieving client satisfaction and profitability.<\/li>\n<li>Greets customers in a timely, friendly manner<\/li>\n<li>Asks customers to explain specific vehicle issues.<\/li>\n<li>Takes detailed notes about symptoms based on customer complaints or testimony.<\/li>\n<li>Enters customer information into system database.<\/li>\n<li>Inspects vehicle to further analyse the problem.<\/li>\n<li>Advises customer on necessary repairs and maintenance.<\/li>\n<li>Works with customer to formulate the best service plan for their budget and needs.<\/li>\n<li>Draws up work order.<\/li>\n<li>Provides cost estimates to customers.<\/li>\n<li>Answers questions posed by customers.<\/li>\n<li>Maintains electronic and\/or paper records of completed service work.<\/li>\n<li>Explains the work completed by mechanics and makes suggestion for future maintenance.<\/li>\n<li>Provides billing statements and explains billing details.<\/li>\n<li>Processes payments.<\/li>\n<li>Inspects work completed by mechanics.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Who are you?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Demonstrates detailed knowledge of the automotive industry.<\/li>\n<li>Possesses working knowledge of the makeups, frequent problems, and necessary maintenance for a variety of vehicles.<\/li>\n<li>Exhibits strong customer service skills.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrates solid organizational abilities.<\/li>\n<li>Possesses knowledge of proper safety precautions in the service area.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrates strong leadership skills.<\/li>\n<li>Is able to read and interpret work orders and billing statements.<\/li>\n<li>Pays close attention to detail.<\/li>\n<li>Possesses basic computer skills.<\/li>\n<li>Maintains calm and patient demeanour with frustrated or confused customers.<\/li>\n<li>Works well with a team of technicians.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>The Person<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Sc degree in Mechanical \/ Automotive\/ Electrical Engineering or other relevant degrees<\/li>\n<li>3-5 years&#8217;
