In over 50 years of operations, Sterling Bank (formerly NAL Bank) has evolved from the nation\u2019s pre-eminent investment banking institution to a fully-fledged commercial bank; and completed a merger with 4 other banks &#8211; Indo-Nigeria Merchant Bank, Magnum Trust Bank, NBM Bank and Trust Bank of Africa &#8211; as part of the 2006 consolidation of the Nigerian banking industry.\u00a0We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Relationship Manager &#8211; Institutional Banking<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong> Gombe<br \/>\n<strong>Job Type:<\/strong> Full-time<br \/>\n<strong>Specialization(s):<\/strong> Banking \/ Finance \/ Insurance<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To execute Institutional banking strategy by cultivating and managing customers within assigned sector and providing a full spectrum of financial services to these clients to ensure a substantial contribution to the liquidity and profitability of the Region and overall customer satisfaction.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Descriptions<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Implement the Business Strategy for allocated sector in the Institutional Banking Business.<\/li>\n<li>Drive revenue creation opportunities by offering to customers the relevant value propositions that meet their business needs and ensure the provision of excellent relationship management<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that key financial deliverables for the sector are met.<\/li>\n<li>Execute the Institutional Banking Customer Value Proposition (CVP) and Industry Value Propositions (IVPs) initiatives and activities aimed at optimizing both customer experience and profitability for the Bank.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure risk assets are properly appraised and are within the bank\u2019s risk appetite<\/li>\n<li>Ensure in-depth understanding of all customers\u2019 portfolio, using Customer Value Chain Analysis to effectively meet the needs of the customers<\/li>\n<li>Manage the existing Institutional Banking relationships and explore new opportunities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Requirement<\/strong><br \/>\nExperience:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 5 years\u2019 experience in sales and marketing roles in any Financial Institution<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/talent.sterling.ng\/job\/view\/674\" target=\"_blank\">Click here to apply<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: \u00a0<\/strong>16th September, 2020.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sterling Bank Plc &#8220;Your one-customer bank&#8221; is a full service national commercial bank in Nigeria.
