They are recruiting to fill the position of:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Project Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong> Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Project Manager will provide support in activities within planned timeline;<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, with high quality and within budget<\/li>\n<li>Breaks down projects into reasonable subsets of work and activities<\/li>\n<li>Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility<\/li>\n<li>Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with Project owners, partners and clients on all matters pertaining to project, including efficient resource allocation, timely project update, delivery risk and mitigation;<\/li>\n<li>Consistently follows up on progress, issues and activities relating to each projects;<\/li>\n<li>Report and escalate to management as needed (delivery risk and mitigation plan);<\/li>\n<li>Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation<\/li>\n<li>Manages Process documentation &amp; Process flow of each projects<\/li>\n<li>Manage all projects optimally through project life cycle;<\/li>\n<li>Adopt industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout project life cycle.<\/li>\n<li>Uses consistent methodology to manage projects;<\/li>\n<li>Development, management, timeliness &amp; updates of organizational documentations useful to clients and employees such as project policies &amp; procedures, guidelines, forms, team collaborations and training materials for each product.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to clients\u2019 needs and objectives;<\/li>\n<li>Prepare reports periodically on projects status;<\/li>\n<li>Other organizational assigned duties (where necessary).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of a Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.<\/li>\n<li>Certification in Project management is also required.<\/li>\n<li>At least 2-4 years\u2019 experience in software project management.<\/li>\n<li>Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to solve problems creatively and resourcefully.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent analytical skills and interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in Data analysis, Statistics, MS Project and\/or Primavera and the MS Office Suite of products.<\/li>\n<li>Prior proven project experience within Software development industry will be particularly useful.<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail;<\/li>\n<li>A polite, friendly and diplomatic manner;<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;<\/li>\n<li>Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities;<\/li>\n<li>The ability to generate ideas, priorities and manage several different tasks successfully;<\/li>\n<li>The ability to thrive in pressured or demanding situations;<\/li>\n<li>Reliability &amp; Dependability;<\/li>\n<li>Good teamwork player, close collaboration with clients and stakeholders, flexibility, and ability to quickly respond to changes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/select.alldayhr.com\/job\/project-manager-lagos-2\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Click here to apply online<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>Not Specified.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Workforce Group &#8211; Our client is a wholly-owned Nigerian software development firm providing top-notch solutions to clients spread across industries.
