HEAD HUMAN RESOURCES
\nJOB DESCRIPTION<\/strong>
\nDevelop, defining and implement HR strategy for a growing indigenous E&P company, with particular focus on maintaining and improving employer\/ employee relations, employee engagement and talent management within the business
\nKEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES<\/strong>
\nThe Key Job Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:<\/p>\n

  1. Promotes and Communicate company policies and practices including Vision, Mission and Strategic goals to all concerned.<\/li>\n
  2. Conduct industry wide surveys to ensure competitiveness in employee benefits<\/li>\n
  3. Represent company in OPTS HR Sub-committee meetings and act as first point of contact on all HR matters<\/li>\n
  4. Develop and implement Performance Management Process<\/li>\n
  5. Develop and implement Staff Training programme for continuous improvement<\/li>\n
  6. Recruitment of new employees with collaboration of requesting department<\/li>\n
  7. Salary and benefit administration<\/li>\n
  8. Pension administration<\/li>\n
  9. Discipline of staff<\/li>\n
  10. Organization development<\/li>\n
  11. Compile and distribute employee Handbook<\/li>\n
  12. Advice and counsel Management on all labour Regulations<\/li>\n
  13. Handle negotiations and industrial disputes with labour leaders<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
