Human Resources \/ Admin Manager &#8211; Ch\/08\/001<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Objectives<\/strong><br \/>\nTo deliver exceptional human resources &amp; administrative management services by recruiting and retaining the best team for our stores.<br \/>\n<strong>Functions<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Plan, develop and implement strategy for HR. including recruitment policies, quality procedures, discipline, grievance counselling and pay-roll administration.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct induction and orientation of new employees.<\/li>\n<li>Overall management of Employee welfare and personnel matters affecting work life.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate office purchases and verify vendor price lists. o Provide support in planning and coordination of all office activities.<\/li>\n<li>Visit individual stores to check compliance.<\/li>\n<li>Training and man power development of the work force.<\/li>\n<li>Control HR expenditure within budget.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of BSc\/HND in relevant disciplines with at least 5 years experience.<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge of labour law.<\/li>\n<li>Computer proficiency and ability to work under pressure.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>2.) Warehouse \/ Supply-Chain Manager &#8211; Ch\/08\/002<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Role<\/strong><br \/>\nTo deliver exceptional customer service through managing warehousing\/supply-chain processes and facilities in order to ensure that stock is secure and handled to set standards.<br \/>\n<strong>Functions<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Effectively manage stockroom intake process.<\/li>\n<li>Manage and authorize the process of accurately checking and reporting damage stock.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that stocks are unpacked and stored correctly, to facilitate adherence to standards.<\/li>\n<li>Accurately manage stock distribution process including the receiving of requisitions, picking, packing and dispatching of stock in accordance with procedure guidelines.<\/li>\n<li>Arrange and manage transportation requirements. Finance Manager \u2013 Ch\/08\/003<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>The Role<\/strong><br \/>\nTo provide exceptional service by delivering specialised financial management processes to achieve a risk free and profitable store.<br \/>\n<strong>Functions<\/strong><br \/>\nSupporting the CFO in:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Up-keeping of the accounts, Inventory Monitoring<\/li>\n<li>Cash Management<\/li>\n<li>Statutory Management D Systems &amp; Control<\/li>\n<li>Finalisation of accounts &amp; budgets<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that overall finance and administration process is compliant<\/li>\n<li>Control overall expenditure within budget.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of B.SC\/HND Accounting or other numerate disciplines with at least 5 years relevant experience.<\/li>\n<li>ACA\/ ACCA is an added advantage.<\/li>\n<li>He\/ She must be familiar with the use of ERP<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>4.) Store Finance Controller &#8211; Ch\/08\/004<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Enugu, Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Role:<\/strong><br \/>\nTo provide exceptional financial management services at the store to support the financial information needs of the Finance Manager<br \/>\n<strong>Functions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Collection, Posting and Lodgement of cheques into bank<\/li>\n<li>Withdrawal and lodgement of cash in banks<\/li>\n<li>Posting of all vouchers<\/li>\n<li>Raising payment.<\/li>\n<li>Reconciliation of WHT &amp; Tax Account<\/li>\n<li>Carry out customers, bank and subsidiary reconciliation<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that store finance and administration process is compliant<\/li>\n<li>Control store expenditure within budget<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of B.Sc.\/HND with 3 years relevant experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>5.) Sales Floor \/ Pay Point Controllers &#8211; Ch\/08\/005<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Enugu,Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Role:<\/strong><br \/>\nTo deliver exceptional customer service, by facilitating the entire operations process and team effectiveness throughout the day<br \/>\n<strong>Functions<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Attend to and serve customers<\/li>\n<li>Able to perform all sales floor and cashier duties required<\/li>\n<li>Adhere to shop keeping process, standards and disciplines<\/li>\n<li>Minimise stock losses damages.<\/li>\n<li>Supervise sales floor activities<\/li>\n<li>Supervise cashier&#8217;s transactions and activities<\/li>\n<li>Plan, schedule and co-ordinate sales staff and cashier activities<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrate effective planning, implementation and follow-up skill<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrate good personal leadership<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of B.Sc.\/HND with over 5 years relevant experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>6.)
