Save the Children is working in Nigeria because one in five children in Nigeria dies before their fifth birthday.<\/p>\n<p>About 40% of children miss out on school and have to work to survive while nearly 2 million children have lost one or both parents to an AIDS-related disease.\u00a0We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Accountability and CRM Assistant<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location<\/strong>: Abuja<br \/>\n<strong>Ref Id:<\/strong> 200005KT<br \/>\n<strong>Team:<\/strong> Nigeria Country office<br \/>\n<strong>Post Type:<\/strong> National<br \/>\n<strong>Employee Status:<\/strong> Fixed Term<br \/>\n<strong>Child Safeguarding: <\/strong>Level 3<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The responsibilities of the post may require the post holder to have regular contact with children or young people and, in the overseas context all posts are considered to be level 3 posts in view of potential situations which may allow staff unsupervised access to vulnerable children and young people.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Role Purpose<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The role is responsible for receiving and registering complaints and their responses in the complaint database in a timely manner.<\/li>\n<li>This position will also be responsible for communicating response to enquiries and complaints to beneficiaries in a dignified manner.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Scope of Role:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Reports to: Accountability Officer<\/li>\n<li>Staff directly reporting to this post: nil<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Areas of Accountability<\/strong><br \/>\nReceive and respond to complaints and feedback:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Handling of the CRM phone lines<\/li>\n<li>Receive complaints and feedback via the CRM toll-free lines<\/li>\n<li>Respond to inquiries from programme beneficiaries<\/li>\n<li>Refer programme specific complaints to accountability focal points.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Document all feedback and complaints received from programme beneficiaries:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lodge all feedback, complaints and responses in the CRM database<\/li>\n<li>Ensure complaints are closed within the appropriate timeframe<\/li>\n<li>Ensure CRM database is forwarded to the accountability coordinator monthly<\/li>\n<li>Ensure confidentiality of complaint data is respected.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Others:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide support to accountability officer and adviser to ensure effective CRM system across programmes<\/li>\n<li>Ensure CRM database is forwarded to the accountability adviser monthly<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the confidentiality of complaints data is respected.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills &amp; Experience (Administrative and General Skills)<\/strong><br \/>\nEssential<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>At least a Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in a related field and 1 year of professional experience.
