Local Africa brands such as Carling Black Label, Hero, Kilimanjaro, 2M, Eagle and we want like-minded, hard-working and passionate people to join our teams in Africa.\u00a0We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Performance Planning Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong> Ilesa, Osun<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Career opportunity exists for a highly skilled and result driven Supply PPM in Ilesa Plant reporting to the Supply PPM, Nigeria with a dotted line to Plant Manager, Ilesa Plant.<\/li>\n<li>The incumbent will lead the daily, monthly and annual financial routine process of the Supply Team to ensure efficient achievements of the department\u2019s operational and strategic business targets.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Duties And Responsibilities<\/strong><br \/>\nAmongst other duties, the job holder will:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide support with development and management of Supply budgets<\/li>\n<li>Track and monitor costs and losses.<\/li>\n<li>Also ensure Goods-in-Transit are cleared promptly and Proofs of Delivery scanned and saved on daily basis.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure supplier payment are up-to-date and the accounts are updated and accurate.<\/li>\n<li>Give financial and qualitative advice and support that will facilitate the achievement of Supply target.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all relevant Standard Operating Procedures are implemented and constantly updated and follow through.<\/li>\n<li>Drive strict compliance of ZBB at the site.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct deep-dive variance analysis of the site VIC.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct monthly stock take and drive strict compliance of daily stock count and confirmation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><br \/>\nThe ideal candidate should possess:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>HND \/ B.Sc in Finance or related field<\/li>\n<li>A masters\u2019 degree will be an added advantage<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work under pressure<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and in a team<\/li>\n<li>Good interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>5+ years in a Finance related role<\/li>\n<li>Ability to analyze information and make recommendations for decision making<\/li>\n<li>Self-starter<\/li>\n<li>High level of integrity and honesty<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>To<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/jobs.smartrecruiters.com\/ABInBev1\/743999720037614-performance-planning-manager\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Click here to apply<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong> The advert has minimum requirements listed.
