We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Finance and Admin Executive Lead<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong> Surulere, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Job Type:<\/strong> Full Time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><br \/>\nFinancial:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Execute finance and admin initiatives to drive revenue target actualization based on a strategy action plan.<\/li>\n<li>Execute finance and admin initiatives based on operational cost reduction strategy action plan.<\/li>\n<li>Execute finance and Admin initiatives based on project cost reduction strategy action plan.<\/li>\n<li>Provide weekly and monthly finance and admin target actualization report.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Client and Partners:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Visit and call existing clients to follow up on cash collection.<\/li>\n<li>Visit and call finance and admin vendors to negotiate payment terms.<\/li>\n<li>Source new finance and admin vendors with better services and lower services charges.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Process:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide timely and error-free daily treasury bank and cash position reports.<\/li>\n<li>Provide timely and error-free weekly and monthly management income statement reports.<\/li>\n<li>Provide timely and error-free monthly management financial position reports.<\/li>\n<li>Provide timely and error-free weekly and monthly cash flow statement reports.<\/li>\n<li>Provide timely and error-free weekly and monthly payables\/trade creditors payment reports.<\/li>\n<li>Provide timely and error-free weekly and monthly receivables\/trade debtors cash receipts reports.<\/li>\n<li>Provide timely and error-free monthly cash budget variance reports.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure timely and error-free annual audited financial reports.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure timely and error-free posting of all accounting transactions into accounting software<\/li>\n<li>Ensure full compliance to all tax regulation and tax record filling.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure timely and error-free company-wide inventory accounting reports.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure timely and error-free company-wide Asset register reports.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure timely and error-free accounting and administration record-filing system.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure timely creation and update of payments schedules.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure timely petty cash, card, cheque, transfer and other payment and also bank reconciliations.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure timely responses to documentation submission to external auditors, tax authorities and banks.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure timely and error-free execution of all office administration task.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure timely and error-free execution of all facility repair and maintenance task.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>People and Learning:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure the number of HR Disciplinary Sanctions to finance and admin team for non-compliance to Workplace Culture and Core Values is maintained at Acceptable Target (%) level.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the number of finance and admin team with completion letter on HR planned training is maintained at Acceptable Target (%) level.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure finance and admin Talented Team Members are retained.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Interested candidates should possess Bachelor&#8217;s Degree, HND, Master&#8217;s Degree qualification.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 3 years experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/airtable.com\/shrgtETXPIVsAECDe\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Click here to apply online<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>6th October, 2020.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Strada Media is an alternative advertising agency in Lagos, Nigeria.
