He \/ She will already have at least 3 &#8211; 5 years experience selling in the Enterprise space. The Account Manager will focus on developing their process skills, product knowledge and hone their solution definition skills. He\/She\u00a0 will also focus on demand creation and account management.<\/p>\n<p>The Account Manager is accountable to the client for delivering measurable business value and accountable to the business head for achieving the current revenue target.<\/p>\n<p>The key goal of the Account Manager is to achieve a minimum of \u2018Solution Provider\u2019 status with their accounts with the challenge to achieve \u2018Trusted Advisor\u2019 status.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Manage Client Relationships<\/span><br \/>\nBuild strong, value-based relationships at all levels and across all relevant departments\/divisions of the client organization.<br \/>\nDevelop an Account Plan for all key clients.\u00a0 Update at least quarterly.<br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/span>Create Demand :-<br \/>\nCreate demand for all of division\u2019s products and services using company\u2019s Account Planning process<br \/>\nIdentify and qualify opportunities to determine the fit for company\u2019s products and services<br \/>\nDevelop and communicate key information using the Opportunity Planning Process:<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Balance sales pipeline with prospects at all stages of buying cycle<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Effective use of Win\/loss reviews to improve your win ration in your accounts<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><br \/>\n<strong>The Account Manager must:<\/strong>&#8211;<\/span><br \/>\nBe an expert in all aspects of sales, sales management, organizational change, consulting, and project management<br \/>\nDevelop and maintain a working knowledge of sales automation, advanced training methods, marketing, and consulting.<br \/>\nBecome proficient in the use of\u00a0 standard software tools: MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and MS Excel, CRM system, as deployed.<br \/>\nDevelop clients who are Strategic Partners and serve as references<br \/>\nRegularly offer constructive feedback to Product Managers and Business Development Managers to enhance our products and services<br \/>\nIdentify new product\/service ideas and involve the appropriate person to determine its commercial viability<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Attributes<\/strong>:-\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Articulate with excellent interpersonal and communications skills<\/li>\n<li>Must possess persuasive and negotiating skills<\/li>\n<li>Self confident and aggressive in pursuing targets<\/li>\n<li>Must have a great drive to perform and deliver results<\/li>\n<li>Must be conversant with current developments in IT<\/li>\n<li>Must be comfortable with meeting CEOs and top management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Educational qualification:<\/strong>&#8211;\u00a0<\/span><br \/>\nHND\/B.A\/B.Sc.
