We are recruiting to fill the position of:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: School Receptionist<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong> Ondo<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><br \/>\nWe are looking for a Receptionist to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Following responsibilities are to be put into consideration:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office<\/li>\n<li>Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office<\/li>\n<li>Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls<\/li>\n<li>Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)<\/li>\n<li>Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone\/email<\/li>\n<li>Receive, sort and distribute daily mail\/deliveries<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualification<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Candidates should possess a Bachelor&#8217;s degree<\/li>\n<li>Candidates must reside in Akure or within Ondo environs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Important skills are as follows:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)<\/li>\n<li>Professional attitude and appearance<\/li>\n<li>Solid written and verbal communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organizational skills<\/li>\n<li>Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks<\/li>\n<li>Customer service attitude<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To apply\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested and qualified candidates should send their CV to: <a href=\"mailto:beckycollegedesk@gmail.com\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>beckycollegedesk@gmail.com<\/strong><\/a> using the &#8220;Job Title&#8221; as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>25th October, 2020.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Becky Parker College is a school that offers qualitative,comprehensive education to all children irrespective of nationality,ethnicity,creed or gender.
