To learn more about IDMANN Academy.\u00a0The IDMANN Institute provides training in professional development and technical entrepreneurship through our College of General Studies and the School of Experiential Learning, respectively.<\/p>\n<p>We also provide secondary and pre-secondary tutorial services through IDMANN Academy. All our courses are offered online in live sessions with seasoned instructors. As the demand for our services has grown, we are looking to hire Educational Outreach Associates (EOA) to support our expanding operations. We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Educational Outreach Associate<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong> Nigeria (Remote \/ Online)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Details<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>This position will focus on expanding institutional service by introducing our programs and services to students, families and schools to enable increased access to our training &amp; tutorial services. This is a remote function and will not require a commute to an office.<\/li>\n<li>Successful candidates will be responsible for introducing, establishing and developing relationships with students, families and institutions that facilitate the uptake of our services in their respective localities or assigned catchment area. The ultimate goal of this effort is a partnership with the target school, where relevant, and\/or direct signup of students in the respective programs.<\/li>\n<li>Teachers, school administrators and others with prior tutorial experience, as well as parents with school-age children seeking to support their children&#8217;s education would find this to be a very engaging opportunity.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><br \/>\nThe ideal candidate will have most, if not all, of the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>HND qualification<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated interest in education and\/or expanding educational access.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to plan, organize and prioritize the outreach effort in their target area(s).<\/li>\n<li>Ability to confer with coworkers to determine needed actions.<\/li>\n<li>Clear interest in education as a vector for personal improvement and communal development, and a curiosity about the world at large.<\/li>\n<li>Prior experience in an educational establishment would be considered as a plus.<\/li>\n<li>Access to reliable broadband internet connectivity and a functioning laptop or desktop to enable effective operation.<\/li>\n<li>Space from which to operate daily, free of distraction or intrusion.<\/li>\n<li>Outstanding knowledge of our programs and services and how they support the needs of families and the mission of other educational institutions.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and oral communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Outstanding negotiation skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to interpret technical information and to summarize that information.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested and qualified candidates must submit ALL of the following documents below to: <a href=\"mailto:jobs@idmannacademy.com\"><strong>jobs@idmannacademy.com<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A cover letter that outlines their specific experience and how it relates to this position.<\/li>\n<li>A current resume.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>13th October, 2020.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note: <\/strong>Applications submitted without a cover letter will be deemed non-responsive<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>IDMANN Academy provides tutorial support to secondary and pre-secondary age students in the core subject area.
