{"id":110630,"date":"2020-09-29T14:02:15","date_gmt":"2020-09-29T13:02:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/?p=110630"},"modified":"2020-09-29T14:02:15","modified_gmt":"2020-09-29T13:02:15","slug":"hor-logistics-recent-available-job-opportunity","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/hor-logistics-recent-available-job-opportunity.html","title":{"rendered":"HOR Logistics Recent Available Job Opportunity"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>HOR Logistics is one of the fastest-growing in the Logistics and Transportation industry, we offer local deliveries within Lagos and Abuja, International Deliveries to and fro U.S. and UK, Cargo Storage and Online Checkout Assistance.\u00a0We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Logistics Officer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong> Lagos<br \/>\n<strong> Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Receive and process online orders<\/li>\n<li>Create and manage Customer&#8217;s orders and send invoice to Customers while confirming payments made<\/li>\n<li>Export Customer orders from the Company&#8217;s website to drive<\/li>\n<li>Create report on Customer&#8217;s orders and liaise with the Logistics Supervisor and Dispatch Riders to schedule pick-up and deliveries<\/li>\n<li>Receive and attend to customer enquiries and queries via telephone and email<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and send daily report to the Logistics Supervisor after close of business<\/li>\n<li>Receive and confirm international shipment<\/li>\n<li>Keep accurate record of all items\/packages in the office<\/li>\n<li>Take regular stock of all items\/packages in the office.<\/li>\n<li>Actively track orders after handing over to Dispatch riders<\/li>\n<li>Update each order or transaction status on the Company&#8217;s website<\/li>\n<li>Work with Riders to resolve issues or challenges experienced on the field<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of a Bachelor&#8217;s Degree \/ HND \/ OND \/ NCE in any discipline.<\/li>\n<li>At least 1 year experience in customer service or operations<\/li>\n<li>Ability to effectively prioritise<\/li>\n<li>Problem-solving skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in the use of computer.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of customer service management<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of a typical Logistics firm operations and processes<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills (written &amp; oral)<\/li>\n<li>Strong attention to details<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to: <a href=\"mailto:humanresources@horlogistics.com.ng\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>humanresources@horlogistics.com.ng<\/strong><\/a> using the Job Title and Location as the subject of the mail<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>11th October, 2020.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>HOR Logistics is one of the fastest-growing in the Logistics and Transportation industry, we offer local deliveries within Lagos and Abuja, International Deliveries to and fro U.S. and UK, Cargo&#8230;..<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":10165,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"om_disable_all_campaigns":false,"jetpack_post_was_ever_published":false,"_jetpack_newsletter_access":"","_jetpack_newsletter_tier_id":0,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_is_tweetstorm":false,"jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","enabled":false}}},"categories":[42],"tags":[],"jetpack_publicize_connections":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v21.5 -
