We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Store Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong> Victoria Island, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Job Type:<\/strong> Full Time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills and the ability to manage people.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage, monitor, and review daily business operations.<\/li>\n<li>Manage the business Social Media platform<\/li>\n<li>Create daily content for online sales<\/li>\n<li>Review, oversee financial activities and send monthly report.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain positive client relationships and drive new acquisitions.<\/li>\n<li>Implement organizational goals, procedures, and policies.<\/li>\n<li>Identify improvement gaps and implement corrective measures.<\/li>\n<li>Handle and resolve all customers complaints<\/li>\n<li>Process customers payments.<\/li>\n<li>Respond to all enquiries.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualification<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of Bachelor&#8217;s Degree \/ HND<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Store Management:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure that the store is clean and ready for opening<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that the utilities are available and adequate.<\/li>\n<li>Supervise the security personnel.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Financials:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Create monthly reports<\/li>\n<li>Manage petty cash<\/li>\n<li>Take cash payments to the bank<\/li>\n<li>Calculate and remit taxes<\/li>\n<li>Prepare payroll<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 years&#8217; experience in a similar role<\/li>\n<li>Experience in the retail \/ interior design is a plus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills and Abilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Social media management.<\/li>\n<li>Proven integrity.<\/li>\n<li>Highly analytical, driven and focused.<\/li>\n<li>High level of professionalism;<\/li>\n<li>Networking, prospecting and persuasion skills with the ability to identify the needs and challenges of clients.<\/li>\n<li>Must have knowledge of business process and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Proficient user of MS Office (MS Excel in particular)<\/li>\n<li>Must be able to prepare management reports and correspondence<\/li>\n<li>Good initiative, time and stress management skills<\/li>\n<li>Leadership and organizational abilities<\/li>\n<li>Interpersonal and communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Problem-solving attitude.<\/li>\n<li>Keen eye for detail.<\/li>\n<li>Preferably lives within Island axis.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Remuneration:\u00a0<\/strong>N80,000 &#8211; N100,000 monthly.<\/p>\n<p><strong>To\u00a0Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to: <a href=\"mailto:recruitment@owensxley.com\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>recruitment@owensxley.com<\/strong><\/a> using the &#8220;Job title&#8221; as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>9th October, 2020.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Owens and Xley is a Small Business Advisory and Consulting Company in Lagos, Nigeria.
