\nBS\/BA degree in Accounting, Finance and Business Administration or its recognized equivalent, and 5. 7 years relevant experience. \nThe Director, Lab Services will provide leadership and technical oversight of all aspects of the AHNI laboratory services in Nigeria.<\/p>\n
\nMD\/PhD in laboratory services or similar degree with 7 years relevant experience with international development programs which includes 5 years of relevant supervisory experience. Or Masters in laboratory services or similar degree with 9 years relevant experience with international development programs which includes 5 years relevant supervisory experience. Or 85\/BA in laboratory services or similar degree with 11 years relevant experience with international development programs which includes 5 years of relevant supervisory experience. At least 3 in establishing and managing laboratory services in developing countries including CD4, HIV viral load and HIV early infant diagnosis, TB culture and TB drug sensitivity testing. Certification of license to practice as medical laboratory scientist or other relevant certification required. \nThe Senior Technical Officer (Laboratory Services) will provide technical expertise and assistance in implementing high quality laboratory services within the HIV care and treatment project in Nigeria, including laboratory capacity development at. project health facility sites.

\nBSc in Laboratory sciences or related field with 7-9 years post national youth service experience and a minimum of 5 years experience in provision of laboratory support for WV\/AIDS. Experience in the management of laboratory services, particularly health facility-based services, including quality assurance systems, laboratory analysis, and interpretation and reporting techniques based on best practices, quality management practices and safe work practices. Knowledge of advanced laboratory procedures, diagnosis and management related to HIV\/AIDS care and treatment is required with some experience in an international development organization preferred. Certification of license to practice as a medical laboratory scientist or other relevant certification is required. \n(D.) MEDICAL SERVICES<\/strong><\/p>\n

\nThe Role<\/strong>
\nThe gender focal point will advocate for greater attention to gender perspectives, providing the necessary rationales and advice on approaches to support gender mainstream ing throughout AHNi. S\/he will be responsible for integrating gender sensitive approaches to technical assistance.<\/p>\n
\nMaster\u2019s Degree or equivalent in Development Studies, Gender Studies, Sociology, Anthropology or related discipline with 5-7 years working experience in gender integration at the national or international level. Expertise in gender analysis, strategic planning, and integrating gender balance into project design and management is required. Experience in dealing with issues of women\u2019s rights and gender mainstreaming
\nwithin public institutions and\/or international organizations required. Hands-on experience in design, monitoring and evaluation of development projects is required. Preferably a recognized gender expert in the fIeld, with first-hand knowledge of gender experience working in Economic Development, Gender equality issues, Public Policy, or Social Development.<\/p>\n

\nThe position holder will provide technical leadership and support to implement high quality care, treatment and support activities with primary focus on clinical management of H1V\/AIDS including provision of Antiretroviral therapy (ART).<\/p>\n
\nMB.BS\/MD\/PHD or similar degree with 3 to 5 years of progressive relevant experience in clinical care with a sound understanding of Hi V\/AIDS with provision of PMTCT and anti-retroviral therapy (ART) in resource constrained settings. \nThe Senior Technical Officer (MCH) will provide technical and programmatic leadership and support to JMNCH strategies and approaches related to implementation of high quality care and support activities. \nThe Role<\/strong>
\nThe Technical Officer (HCT\/Referrals) will provide technical leadership, expertise and counseling skills in working with local stakeholders in developing and managing a referral network. This network coordinates fly- related services and referrals between health facilities and community organizations and groups within a defined geographical area to meet the needs of persons living with HIV and those affected by HIV across the continuum of care. S\/he will also coordinate and provide technical assistance for all HCT support activities as part of the program in the State.

\nMinimum Recruitment Standards:<\/strong>
\nBS\/BA in management, social sciences, public health or a related field with 5-7 years post national youth service corps experience at the community level, in the private health sector or in resource constrained settings.
