We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Human Resources Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location<\/strong>: Nigeria<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Brief<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are looking for an HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy<\/li>\n<li>Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues<\/li>\n<li>Manage the recruitment and selection process<\/li>\n<li>Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital<\/li>\n<li>Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization<\/li>\n<li>Nurture a positive working environment<\/li>\n<li>Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance<\/li>\n<li>Maintain pay plan and benefits program<\/li>\n<li>Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs<\/li>\n<li>Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics<\/li>\n<li>Ensure legal compliance throughouthuman resource management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive<\/li>\n<li>People-oriented and results-driven<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of HR systems and databases<\/li>\n<li>Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills<\/li>\n<li>Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.<\/li>\n<li>In-depth knowledge of labor law andHR best practices.<\/li>\n<li>Degree in Human Resources or related field.<\/li>\n<li>3 &#8211; 6 years Experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary<\/strong><br \/>\nN180,000 &#8211; N200,000 monthly.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>To\u00a0Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to: <strong><a href=\"mailto:officialwarehouseltd@gmail.com\" target=\"_blank\">officialwarehouseltd@gmail.com<\/a><\/strong> using the &#8220;Job Title&#8221; as the subject of the email<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>21st October, 2020.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Warehouse 7 Limited is an organization that operates facilities to store goods and also provide related logistics services.
