to be among the best in Africa.\u00a0We are recruiting highly experienced professional to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Loan Review Officer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location<\/strong>: Oyingbo, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Job Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><br \/>\nThe specific and general functions of the Review Officer are as stated below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Review of all company loan and asset Management:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monthly reconciliation of loan before deductions.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring full rendition of disbursement, settlement and deduction reports.<\/li>\n<li>Collating and submitting of deduction schedule.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure a second level review of loan before disbursement, settlement and deduction reports.<\/li>\n<li>Accounting for accurate and proper document vetting, loan document scanning and transaction data capturing by the loan operators.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that all loans and asset products of the company are reviewed within the TAT.<\/li>\n<li>Refund of customers.<\/li>\n<li>Identified accounts that are above sanctioned limits, pending payments and non-performing loans.<\/li>\n<li>Generates a detailed list of non-performing loans according to severity of delinquency.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Budget &amp; performance Management:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Track DSEs performance at the State Level.<\/li>\n<li>Controls expenses to meet the state budget.<\/li>\n<li>Provides timely feedback (daily, weekly, monthly and Quarterly reports) to the Public Sector Head.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Risk Management and Capacity Development:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure the State NPL and PDOs are within set thresholds and always below company\u2019s average.<\/li>\n<li>Ensures adherence to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes are communicated within the team in the states.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Relationship Management:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure that all DSEs meet and\/or exceed their monthly budget.<\/li>\n<li>Maintains contact with key decision makers within the state to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and business continuity.<\/li>\n<li>Manage internal relationship within the state.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Leadership and Capacity Building:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Delegate authority and responsibility with accountability and follow up.<\/li>\n<li>Set examples for DSEs in areas of personal character, commitment, organizational and selling skills and work habit.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct regular training, coaching and counseling within the DSEs in the state.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><br \/>\nThe minimum entry requirement for this role is:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A good HND \/ Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Accounting, Finance or any Social Science field, professional qualification in a related field will be an added advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar roles.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skill, Knowledge and Abilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Advanced proficiency in the use of Excel and Accounting software<\/li>\n<li>Good presentation skills.<\/li>\n<li>Must be able to prioritize responsibilities and must be highly spontaneous.<\/li>\n<li>Must demonstrate high level of initiative, creativity and ability to think outside the box.<\/li>\n<li>Good interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and within a team.<\/li>\n<li>Must have strong communication and relationship management skills.<\/li>\n<li>Analytical
