The Group has several subsidiaries cutting across Insurance, Investment, Real Estate etc. We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Human Resource Officer<br \/>\nLocations:<\/strong> Victoria Island-Lagos, Oyo-Ibadan<br \/>\n<strong>Job Type<\/strong>: Full Time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Recruiting and interviewing potential applicants on experience, skills, and education<\/li>\n<li>Scheduling job interviews and assisting in all interview processes<\/li>\n<li>Organizing and managing new employee orientation, on-boarding, and training programs<\/li>\n<li>Updating job requirements when needed<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for the interpretation and application of staff rules, regulations and procedures ensuring uniform application.<\/li>\n<li>Ascertain human resources requirements for the office ensuring the timely advertisement and filling vacancies.<\/li>\n<li>Control the maintenance of the personnel records in the office, ensuring that outstanding queries receive timely response, after due analysis maintains and monitors leave records and overtime.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in staff appraisal.<\/li>\n<li>Advising on company benefit needs or evaluating benefit contract bids<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining employee records and paperwork<\/li>\n<li>Answering employee questions and addressing employee concerns with company<\/li>\n<li>Reviewing procedures for employee safety, welfare, wellness and health<\/li>\n<li>Representing employer in community and recruiting events<\/li>\n<li>Perform other HR duties as required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A first degree in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management or any Management or Social Sciences course.<\/li>\n<li>3-5 years of experience in a similar position.<\/li>\n<li>CIPM, CIPD, HRCI is an added advantage<\/li>\n<li>Excellent computer skills, knowledge of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and demonstrated skills in database management and record keeping<\/li>\n<li>Organized and efficient in daily tasks<\/li>\n<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Candidates who resides only in the designated locations should apply<\/li>\n<li>Must be very versatile in all recruitment process.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To\u00a0Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their detailed CV to: <strong><a href=\"mailto:hr.jobs@bethsaidagroups.com\" target=\"_blank\">hr.jobs@bethsaidagroups.com<\/a><\/strong> using the Job title and the Location e.g Human Resource Officer (Lagos) as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>31st October, 2020.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note: <\/strong>Only qualified and shortlisted candidates will be contacted.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Bethsaida Group is a limited liability company incorporated in Nigeria on the 13th Day of December 2015 &#8211; proudly owned by Nigerian.
